
LaDonna Marie (Fulton) Jolliff, 87, of Findlay, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 7:10 am at Bridge Hospice. She was born on October 25, 1938 at the family farm in Dunkirk, Ohio to the late Carl and Ester (Bash) Fulton. On June 29, 1958, she married Norman E. Jolliff and they shared almost 63 years together until his passing in 2021.
LaDonna was a 1956 graduate of Hardin Northern High School and an active 4-H member. She continued her involvement with 4-H as an adult, serving as a sewing leader for more than 15 years in Hardin County, Ohio and Lenawee County, Michigan and the 4-H Sewing Superintendent for the Lenawee County Fair for 6 years. For many years, she was consigned to make custom draperies, working out of her home. Her sewing skills also turned her into an award winning quilter and seamstress at many county fairs and quilt shows.
After her children were older, she entered the work force as an office manager, and then in the accounting department at the local car dealership in Clinton, Michigan. After a move to Salem Indiana, she was the administrative assistant for Champion Century 21 Real Estate where she retired in 2003. While in Indiana, LaDonna was a member of the Pekin United Methodist Church and served on several boards. As a1996 graduate of Awareness Washington County, Indiana, she was a charter organizer of Washington County Big Brothers/Big Sisters and held a seat on the Executive Board of Jackson, Scott and Washington Counties Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
LaDonna loved traveling, working in her flower and vegetable gardens and teaching others how to sew.
LaDonna is survived by daughters, Barbara (Paul) Gehring of Clayton, Michigan and Brenda (Mark) Alliman of McComb, Ohio; brother Gene (Sharon) Fulton, Kenton; sisters Sandra Fulton, Honolulu, HI; Marlene Callender, Wauseon; Sharlene (Jerry) Shepherd, Richwood; Bonnie (Perry Nicholson) Fulton, Loudon, TN; brother-in-laws Bob Hayes, Dunkirk and Jeff Abner, Monroeville; 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by infant son Monty and sisters Beverly Hayes and Jeanine Abner, brother-in-law Maury Callender.
Visitation will be Monday, March 2, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00 am at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME Findlay.
The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Chaplain Linda Davison officiating.
Burial will follow at the Lee Cemetery, Vanlue.
