Obituary For Angela Kay Wilson

Angela Kay Wilson, 51 of Demopolis, AL went to her eternal home on August 31, 2023. She was born on September 23, 1971, in Lima, OH to Roger Wilson and Jeanine Weller Sifrit. 

To know Angie, was to love her. She was an avid lover of vineyards, brunch, reality tv, and board games with her kids. When it came to entertaining for holidays and important events throughout her loved ones lives, Angie always exceeded expectations with her decoration skills. Along with her love for decoration, was her love of taking pictures of the ones she loved. She spent her weekends in the fall cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers. Angie put her faith in God throughout her life and spread positivity in any room she entered.  

She graduated from Columbia Southern University with her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health. She was a proud employee of Enviva, where she worked as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager and enjoyed her coworkers dearly. 

Angie was selfless, hardworking, family-oriented, and supportive to all she loved. If you were lucky enough to be loved by Angie, then you know that she was one of your biggest fans. 


She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, Jeanine Sifrit of Kenton, OH; her sons: David Shroyer (Breyana) of Hiram, GA, and Trystyn Bivins (Ashlee) of Marion, OH; her sister, Lisa Gaukin (Jerry) of Mt. Victory, OH; and her brothers, Jason Wilson, Joseph Sifrit, Roger Wilson, Jr., and Roy Reitz (Flo). She is also survived by one grandchild, Tatum Bivins; and her nieces and nephews: Taylor Obert (Aaron) and great nephew Easton; Darien Gaukin (Sarah), Tori Gaukin and great nephew Rowan. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at Bear Vine Winery in Ridgeway, OH on September 23, 2023 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. All family and friends who loved her are welcome to attend.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the wonderful care team at Legacy Hospice in Demopolis, Alabama.
