Obituary for Barbara L. Breidenbach

Barbara L. Breidenbach, 85 of Kenton passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.  She was born in Lima, Ohio on September 5, 1938 to the late Walter A. and Martha O. (Ault) Britt. Barbara married Theodore “Ted” Breidenbach on February 4, 1970 and he preceded her in death on March 19, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Robin (Sam) Todd of Kenton, grandson, Jeremy (Heather) Hamilton of Kenton, brother, David (Marina) Britt of Lima, three great-grandchildren; Shayla, Jason and Alexandria Hamilton and several nieces and nephews.  Barbara was preceded in death by brothers; Walter “Art” Britt, James Britt and Robert Britt and a sister, Meridith Bradshaw.  Barbara graduated from Lima Senior High in 1957.  She served her country proudly in the U.S. Marine Corp.  She then owned and operated The Point Restaurant with her husband Ted for many years.  A funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM on Monday, November 13, 2023 at the SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME where the family will receive friends from 11:00AM Monday until the time of service. Pastor Randall Forester will officiate and burial will follow in Grove Cemetery where full military rites will be conducted by the Amvets Post 1994.
