Obituary for C. Joe Fox

C. Joe Fox of Upper Sandusky died Sat. Mar. 19, 2022 at his residence. He was born Jan. 28, 1942 in Toledo to the late Jerome Joseph & Rachel Ruth (Young) Fox.

Mr. Fox married Thelma (Taylor) Fox on Jan. 16, 1965 and she survives in Upper Sandusky. Joe is also survived by his children Joseph Fox, Sycamore, Steven (Ticia) Fox, Upper Sandusky, Misty (Mark) Droll, Upper Sandusky, 5 grandchildren Garrett Fox, Dalton Fox, Riley Fox, Allie Fox, Hannah Droll, 2 great grandchildren Kolson Baker & Finnley Ratliff, a brother John Fox, Mt. Gilead, and a sister Violet (Dan) Quail, Forest. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Mr. Fox was a U.S. Army Veteran and served during Vietnam. Joe was co-owner of New-Eezy-Gro and retired in 2012. He was a life member and held many offices of Moose Lodge #1093 and Amvets Post #777. Joe loved and thoroughly enjoyed his Ford Mustang cars.

A funeral service will be held Wed. Mar. 23, 2022 at 12:00PM in Bringman Clark Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Stauffer officiating. Interment will follow in Old Mission Cemetery with Full Military Honors conducted by the Upper Sandusky Veterans Color Guard. Visitation will be held Wed.
