Carmen Lee Cronley, 72 of Kenton passed away at Marion General Hospital on Saturday, October 16, 2021. She was born on July 25, 1949 in Kenton to the late Clifford and Lillian (Linke) Elsasser. She married Randy Cronley and they later divorced. She is survived by two children, Paige (Russ) Wallace of Ridgeway and Travis Cronley of Kenton and a grandson, Collin (Mackenzie Rader) Wallace. She also leaves behind two best friends, Virginia Gray and Barb Brien.
Carmen was a graduate of Bowling Green State University and taught and drove bus at Simon Kenton for over 30 years and was active on committees at Silver Creek Church and for Relay for Life. She will be remembered for her smile and hugs. Carmen never knew a stranger.
A celebration of her life will be held at Silver Creek Community Church (17314 CR 115, Kenton) on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 2pm with Pastor Mark Bishop officiating. Memorials can be directed to the church and online condolences can be shared by visiting stoutcrates.com.
