Obituary for Charles Richard “Chuck” Taylor, Jr

Charles Richard “Chuck” Taylor, Jr. 52, of Ada passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 30, 2023.  He was born on December 21, 1970 to the late Jacqueline E. “Jackie” (Abrams) Byers and Charles R. Taylor, Sr. (his father survives).  He married Jennifer House on July 10, 2020 and she survives.  Also surviving are children: Caleb Ruff, Dylan Hartman, Nicholas Hartman, Alicia (Cornelius) Crawford, and Harli Taylor; sister, Dawn Wallace; three grandchildren, Mason, Lybertie and Addison; nieces and nephews, Caitlyn, Tasha Lynn (Alex), Logan, Ian and Sage.

Chuck was a Veteran of the US Army where he retired following 18 years of service to his country.  He enjoyed motorcycling, spending time with his family and making crafts.

A Veteran’s Service will be held at 3:30pm on Friday, October 6, 2023 at SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME by the AMVETS Post 1994.  Visitation will follow until 7:00pm Friday.  Memorials can be made to the militaryveteranproject.org #22ADAY.  Online condolences can be shared with the family by visiting stoutcrates.com.
