Funeral services for Connie Totten will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor James Goldsmith officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to services at the funeral home. 

Connies died on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the Marion General Hospital. She was born on July 16, 1946 in Kenton to the late Earl and Nile (Kurt) Highslip. On May 5, 1967 she married Jack L. Totten Jr and he preceded her in death on August 17, 2016.

Surviving are a son; Ryan Totten of Kenton, grandchildren; Mackenzie Totten, Sydney Totten, Riley Totten, Alli Wolfe, Casey Drosdak, a niece; Emily (Chad) West of Kenton, a nephew; Adam Totten of Kenton, and a brother-in-law; Dan Totten of Kenton. 

She was preceded in death by a son; Wesly Alan Totten.

Connie was a 1964 graduate of Kenton High School. She then attended the Miami Valley School of Nursing where she received her RN. Connie worked for various doctors in Kenton as well as the Hardin Memorial Hospital.  

She was a member of the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church in Kenton. Connie loved her church and church family. In her free time, Connie enjoyed knitting and doing crochet. She also joined a knitting club called the Knit Whits.
