Donald Otis Anderson, 90 of Mount Victory passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. He was born in Kenton, Ohio on July 23, 1931 to the late Otis Anderson and Nellie (Crooks) Anderson. On October 14, 1952, he married Mona Kay Creviston, she survives along with their son, Ronald (Robin) Anderson of LaRue, and daughters Cindy (Steve) Crooks of Forest, Amy (Chad) Keckler of Mount Victory and grandchildren; Kyle (Brittany) Anderson, Katie (Tom) Ross, Samantha (Brandon) Streeter, Eric Keckler, Ryan Crooks and Keith (Tanille) Crooks, along with several great-grandchildren. Don was preceded in death by his brother, Leon Anderson and his sister, Eleanor Saitor. He was a veteran of the Korean War. Don was a farmer and loved the outdoors. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved spending time with his family, fishing and hunting. He will truly be missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held at SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. There will be a graveside service held on Friday, August 27, at 2:00 P.M. at Hale Cemetery, Mount Victory, Ohio. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Donald Anderson to Wounded Warrior.
