Funeral services for Eldon Berry will be private. Burial will take place at Wolfcreek Cemetery in Kenton. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Eldon passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, November 27, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Kenton on July 20, 1931 to the late Willis O. and Mabel (Marmon) Berry. One of seven children, having three brothers and three sisters.

Eldon graduated from Mount Victory High School with the Class of 1949. On April 12, 1953 he married Joan Miller in LaRue, Ohio and she survives with their four children; Melinda (Allen) Ledley of Kenton, Mark J. Berry of Belle Center, Melissa (Fred) Henault of Rushsylvania and Michelle (Gene) Warren of West Mansfeld. Grandchildren; Emily (Tim Sietz) Ledley, Casey (Jodi) Ledley, Matthew (Martina) Berry, Wyatt (Shelby) Warren, Jacob Long, Ian, Miah, Nathan, Shelbi, Kelsie, and Allie Henault. Two great-grandchildren; Lancy Ledley and JJ Berry.

Eldon was raised on a farm where he learned to work hard and love the outdoors. He was a lifelong farmer but retired from Goodyear of Marysville after 30 years of service.

Eldon enjoyed fishing and hunting, and always loved having a coon dog. Most of all, he loved his family and would do anything in the world for them. He will be greatly missed.
