Funeral services for Frances Marlene Billups will be held at 3:30 P.M. on Friday, November 12, 2021 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor David Robertson officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at the funeral home.

Frances died on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital E.R. She was born on January 6, 1945 in Lima to the late Emmett and Mary (Sneary) Taylor. On July 22, 1967 she married Larry Billups and he survives in Kenton.

Also surviving are 3 children; Don (Kelly) Billups of Grove City, Sharma (Randy) Rajkumar of Newport News, V.A., Janice (Mike) Leone of Hampton, V.A., 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters; Dean (Albert) Johnson of Cary, N.C., Sue (Gary) Mason of Lima and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister; Sharon Myers.

Frances graduated from Auburn High School in Auburn, Indiana. She worked for Lincoln National Life Co., Imperial Cup and the Kohls Distribution Center in Findlay.

She attended the Faith Baptist Church of Kenton.

In her free time, Frances enjoyed going to Casinos with her friends.

Frances loved her family. She was a great wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed by those who knew her.

Memorial donations in Frances’ honor may be made to the Faith Baptist Church in Kenton.
