Obituary for Frank D. Tice III

Frank D. Tice III, of Kenton passed away on September 9, 2022 surrounded by loved ones.  Frank was born to the late Frank and Frances Maxine (Monteith) Tice Jr.  Frank attended Ohio State University, he married Cheryl Grindell the daughter of the late Robert E. Grindell Sr. and Iris Grindell on January 28, 1993 she survives him.  Frank is preceded in death by his brother; Charles “Chuck” Monteith and a grandson; Andy Tice.  Frank is survived by his sons; Frank (Jana) Tice IV, Mark Tice, Randy (Darlene) Tice, Sister; Florance Arleen (Charles) Dalrymple, grandchildren; Brittney Tice, Frank Tice V, Amber Tice, Randy Tice Jr., Allison Tice, Brooke Tice, Ryan Tice, step-son; William Elsasser III, step daughter; Misty Wilson, step-grandchild; Jayden Boedicker, three great-grandchildren, three step great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.  Frank ran Tice Construction for many years and was a very hard worker.  He will be remembered for his love of his family, and friends.  Frank loved to hunt, spending time with his family.  He loved to sing whether it was in the car or at his church.  Frank enjoyed the small things in life.  He will be truly missed by his family and friends.  Visitation for Frank will be at SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Wednesday, September 14, 2022, 11:00 AM-3:00 PM and also from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM.  Service will be held at First Baptist Church on Thursday, September 15, 2022, 1:00 PM.  The family wishes to have memorials given to the First Baptist Church.  Online condolences can be expressed to the family by visiting stoutcrates.com.
