Obituary for Jane E. Stollmayer

Jane E. Stollmayer age 90 of Findlay, passed away at The Heritage, Findlay on Aug. 29, 2021. She was born May 10, 1931 to the late Howard and Attie (Kear) Kemmerly. She married Joseph C. Stollmayer and he preceded her in death. She is survived by a brother George Kemmerly, Rockwood, TN, nieces & nephews, and a special friend Chad Hepp, Sandusky.

She graduated in 1949 from Wharton High School, she then went on to graduate from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts in 1954. Mrs. Stollmayer retired in 1984 from teaching at Sunrise Middle School, Fort Lauderdale, FL. She taught for 40 years. Mrs. Stollmayer traveled around the world to Austria, Hungary, and Central America with her beloved husband. She was a founding member of American Federation of Teacher’s in the Fort Lauderdale area. Mrs. Stollmayer enjoyed socializing and was the epitome of class and style.

Funeral services will be held Sept. 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bringman Clark Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Pummell officiating. Interment will follow in Wharton Richland Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00 a.m. before the services at the funeral home.
