Jeffrey died on May 7, 2022 at his residence due to a house fire. He was born in Kenton on July 11, 2001 to Tony Parkins Sr. of McGuffey and the late Lesa Helton.

Surviving are his grandmother; Oma Parkins of McGuffey, a sister; Samantha (Robert) Ratcliff of Dayton, his brothers; Tony (April) Parkins Jr. of Kenton, Roger (Mary) Parkins of Ada and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Burl Helton Sr. and Jack Parkins

Jeffrey was a 2020 graduate of USV/Highpoint.

Anyone that knew Jeffrey, knew he was funny and could make anyone laugh. He was always there when someone needed to smile or needed a hug. He was a huge video gamer and he loved his cats and his family but he most definitely loved his grandma.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jeffrey’s honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
