Obituary For John Wesley Hale II

John Wesley Hale II  30 of Kenton

Funeral services for John Wesley Hale II will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, May 28, 2021 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor Matt Winegardner officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the funeral home. 

John died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 23, 2021 due to injuries sustained in a car accident. He was born on December 22, 1990 in Kenton to Shawna (Rogers) Hale who survives in Kenton and the late John Hale.
Also surviving are his significant other; Samantha Lightner of Kenton, 2 daughters; Abrianna Hale, Brielle Hale, a son; Jayden Hale, 2 brothers; Justin (Bailey Price) Hale of Kenton, Jake (Loghan Evans) Hale of Kenton, and 3 nephews; Kason, Jeremiah, and Judson,  and maternal grandmother; Cindy Sexton. 

He was preceded in death by a brother; Jayson Hale, paternal grandparents; James and Loretta Hale. 
John worked for Midwest Express.

He enjoyed hunting Whitetails, listening to country music and was an avid football fan. His favorite teams were the OSU Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. 

Most of all John loved his friends and family but especially his children. 
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for future expenses for John’s children.
