Funeral services for Julia A. Foreman will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 4, 2021, at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory, with Pastor Mike Mollett officiating. Burial will follow at Byhalia Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the funeral home. Masks will be required and Covid-19 guidelines should be followed.

Julia died on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Hardin Hills in Kenton. She was born at home in Ridgeway on May 21, 1931 to the late William and Mary Elizabeth (Struble) Moore. On June 19, 1949 she married Richard “Dick” Foreman and he preceded her in death on April 2, 2013.

Surviving are daughters; Karen (Kevin) Steggeman of Bellefontaine and Karla Foreman of Kenton, brother James (Marylin) Moore of Mt. Victory, grandchildren Jeanette Campbell of Mt. Victory, Robin (Steve) Murphy of Florida, Cody (Taylor) Carruthers of Lakeview, and Amber (Charlie) Wallace of Kenton, 12 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by daughter Kathy Wireman and sister; Ruth Denman.

Julia was primarily a homemaker, but also worked as an operator for the Mt. Victory Volunteer Fire Department for 28 years. She enjoyed crafting, baking, sewing and going to craft shows.
