of Kenton
Funeral services for Norman Jon Roberts will be private. Burial will take place at Grove Cemetery with Pastor Gregg King officiating. Friends and family may visit on Sunday, August 30, 2021 from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton. The family asks that anyone attending visitation, please wear a mask.
Norman died on August 22, 2021 at Marion General Hospital. He was born December 28,1958 in Fremont, Ohio to Estella M.(Laderman) Roberts of Helena and the late Norman O. Roberts. He married Margie Foos and they later divorced, he then married Mary (Haudenschield) Roberts on June 14, 1997 and she survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are 4 daughters; Jaime (Chuck Crone) Roberts of Helena, Kim (John) Sander of Risingsun, Kristie Fay of Kenton, Michelle (Jackie) Fay-Parkhill of Buena Park, California, 1 son; Adam (Nicole IIer) Roberts of Helena, 8 grandchildren; Ethan Bollenbacher, Reece Bollenbacher, Parker Crone, Trinity Sander, Jake Sander, Colton Roberts, Ryder Fay-Parkhill and Jake Fay-Parkhill, 1 great grandchild; Miyah Johnson, 4 sisters; Linda (Jeff Watkins) Roberts of Gibsonburg, Dorothy (Jerry) Downing of Green Springs, Jane Frederick of Fremont and Ann (Roy) Roth of Helena, 1 bother; Roy (Darlene) Roberts of Gibsonburg and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a step daughter; Danielle Fay and a nephew; Matthew Roberts.
Norman was a Gibsonburg High School graduate. He was the owner of Roberts Supply dealing with outdoor furnaces and also worked various other jobs.
He enjoyed his vegetable garden, Minneapolis Moline Tractors, watching western movies and would help anyone he could with anything.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Harco or Gibsonburg High School FFA.
