Obituary for Patricia Ann Freshcorn

Patricia Ann Freshcorn, 79 of Kenton, passed away at 9:31pm on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Champaign County on December 25, 1943 to the late Lily Irene (Wolfenbarger) Holland. On December 18, 1963, she married Richard N. Freshcorn, Sr. and he survives in Kenton.

Patricia is also survived by her son, Nelson Freshcorn; grandchildren, Emily Megan Freshcorn and Dakota Adam Freshcorn; great-grandchildren, Aubri and Addison Magann; sister, Georgia McClish, and a special aunt, Sandy Holland Gliddan. She is preceded in death by a son, Timothy Wolfenbarger Little; sister, Bonnie Ridgon and two brothers.

Patricia was a 1962 graduate of Urbana High School. She was employed by K-Mart. Patricia was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #2163. Her favorite hobby was quilting and sewing. She made a quilt for each of her family members to enjoy.

Memorials in Patricia’s memory may be made to the American Lung Association.
