There will be no services for Peggy Ann Robinson, as per her wishes. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.  

She died on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023, at her home in Kenton. She was born January 20, 1946, at San Antonio Hospital in Kenton to the late Donald E. and Helen Cleta Robinson. 

Surviving are two brothers, David (Norma) and Keith (Cathy). She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald (Sally). 

Peggy attended Ridgeway Public School until it consolidated with Mt. Victory Public School, which became Ridgemont, where she graduated. 

Following high school, she attended the Lima Business School. 

She began her professional career as an administration assistant at Landmark in Columbus. She then worked at the Ohio State University Hospital. She was an administration assistant for two doctors who specialized in psychological testing of married couples. She continued to work at OSU in various jobs until her retirement. Peggy then worked in several call centers. She was a lifelong fan of the OSU women’s basketball team. 

She spent most of her life in Columbus but moved back to Hardin County a year ago. Even when she was away from the community, Peggy enjoyed staying in touch with her friends and family on Facebook, and her visits to the Plaza Inn. Always happy to share a laugh, Peggy was an independent woman and offered her opinions freely. 

She was one of a kind. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Peggy’s honor may be made to The Humane Society of The United States.
