Funeral services for Ronald Lee Mouser will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory with Pastor J. Mac Geisinger officiating. Burial will follow at Byhalia Cemetery. Friends and family can visit on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Ronald passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 3, 2023. He was born on June 28, 1942 in West Mansfield, Ohio to the late Holace and Bertha (Fout) Mouser. On January 25, 1961 he married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Jean Black, and she survives.

Also surviving are his children, Eric (Jane) Mouser, Anita Mouser, Jason (Denise) Mouser, grandchildren, Chad Mouser, Chelsea (Scott) Ward, Chase (Nam) Mouser, Miranda (Max) Rothfuss, Madison (Derek) Weaver, Devin Mouser, Danielle Mouser, great grandchildren, Everett and Rozalynn Ward, Draya and Aurelius Mouser, Liam Weaver, several nieces and nephews, sister-in-laws, Beatrice Mouser and Trish (Charlie) Wilson.

He was preceded in death by daughter, Rhonda Jean Mouser, brother, Chuck Mouser, infant brother, Tommy Mouser,  sister, Phyllis Poland and in-laws, Bernard and Grace Black.

Ronald graduated Ridgeway High School in 1960 as the Class Valedictorian.

He was an EMT for the SouthEast Hardin Ambulance district when they first started up. He also was on Mt. Victory State Bank Board for 40 years, the board of the former LandMark Co-Op of Logan County, and former member of the Young Farmer Association. His true passion was farming. It wasn’t just a job, it was his life. He truly loved it!
