Obituary for Ronald P. “Ron” Binkley

          Ronald P. “Ron” Binkley, age 79, of Harrod, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 9:24 PM at Vancrest of Ada. 

          He was born on August 22, 1944 in Lima, Ohio to the late Paul and Wava (Chiles) Binkley.  Ronald married Janice Redd on December 13, 1963 she survives in Harrod. 

          Also surviving is his daughter, Lisa Binkley of Lima; and three grandchildren: Mitchell Binkley, Caden Binkley and Evan Binkley. 

          Ronald was preceded in death by his son, Darin Binkley; and his brother, William “Bill” Binkley. 

          Ronald co-owned Binkley’s Garage in Westminster with his father.  He was a member of the Westminster Christian Church. 

          A memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at the Westminster Christian Church, 6845 Faulkner Road, Harrod, Ohio with Pastor Patrick Kamler officiating.  A private family burial will take place at a later date in Salem Cemetery. 

          Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 28th at the Westminster Christian Church. 

          Memorial contributions may be made to the Westminster Christian Church, 6845 Faulkner Road, Harrod, Ohio 45850 and/or Westminster Rural Fire Department 6825 Faulkner Road, Harrod, Ohio 45850.
