Obituary for Rose M. Frederick

Rose M. Frederick age 74 of Forest, died at Blanchard Valley Hospital on Jan. 22, 2024.  She was born Apr. 19, 1949 in Kenton to the late Jarvie and Hazel (Clark) Bailey. On Aug. 26, 1968 she married Jerry L. Frederick, he preceded her in death on July 27, 2008.

Mrs. Frederick is survived by two daughters Tina (Jeff) Moore, Forest and Tamra (Matt) Trautwein, MD, grandchildren Josh (Gennie) Frederick, Mt. Blanchard, Sam (Lynsie) Moore, Forest, Logan Trautwein MD, Morgan Trautwein, MD, great grandchildren Braxton, Lainey, Charlee, Graham and Wyatt, brothers Henry (Dot) Bailey, ID, Ruben (Connie) Bailey, Findlay, sisters Janice Rausch, Forest and Sue (Gary) Hemmerly, Forest.  She was preceded in death by a brother and 5 sisters.

Rose graduated from Hardin Northern High School with the class of 1967.  She was a homemaker and a member of Forest UMC.     Mrs. Frederick enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sat. Jan. 27, 2024 at 12:30PM at the Clark Shields Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Gray officiating. Interment will be in Hueston Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Fri. Jan. 26, 2024 from 4:00-7:00PM at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Forest Jackson Public Library or Riverdale Youth Sports in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S.
