Obituary for Sharlene D. Green

Sharlene D. Green age 69 of Forest, died at her residence Feb. 20, 2023. She was born Dec. 3, 1953 in Baltimore, MD to Kenneth and Helen (Sato) Lumpkins, her father survives in Marion and her mother preceded her in death. She married Jeffrey L. Shields on Apr. 27, 2018, and he survives in Forest. Surviving is a daughter Brandi (Ernest) Stonecipher Green, NC, step-daughter Amy (Kevin) Phelps, Forest, a daughter-in-law, Nina Green, SC, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 3 step grandchildren, siblings Kenneth (Sheila) Lumpkins Jr., Delaware, Beverly James, Richwood, Geri (Steve) Lust, Prospect, Brian (Tena) Lumpkins, Marion. She is preceded in death by a son Brandon Green, and a brother-in-law Herbert L. James.

Sharlene had been employed at Tecumseh and Smith Clinic, both of Marion, Tower Automotive, Upper Sandusky, and Triumph of Forest.  She enjoyed fishing, reading books and playing with her grandchildren.
