Obituary for Tanyce Mae Lang

Tanyce Mae Lang, (85), of Findlay, passed away on June 8, 2023 at Primrose Retirement Community in Findlay. She was born on September 16, 1937 in Kenton, Ohio to the late Carl R. and Thelma (Latham) Spitzer. She married William E. “Bill” Lang III on March 21, 1959 and he preceded her in death on July 17, 2022.

Tanyce is survived by sons: Gregg W. (Pam) Lang of Findlay and Mark E. Lang of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; brother Arden (Sandra) Spitzer of Findlay; and grandchildren: Seth (Bailey) Lang and Nicole Lang.

Tanyce was a 1955 graduate of Kenton High School. After high school, Tanyce received a degree in Human Resources from Ohio Northern University. She went on to work as the Clerk of Council for the City of Sidney. She was a member of the Charity League and International Clerks Association, having served as Past President.  Tanyce enjoyed playing bridge in her free time.

Visitation for Tanyce will be held on June 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, 205 W. Sandusky St., Findlay, followed by a funeral service at 11:00AM, with Pastor Mark Lovely officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay.
