Vada J. (Simpson) Kindell, 84, of Kenton passed away on Tuesday, September 07, 2021 in Aurora, OH. She was born on August 30, 1937, in Byhalia, OH to the late Harold and Cleota (Warthman) Simpson. She married Robert W. Kindell on December 6, 1963, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons: Douglas Kindell of Powell and David (Rhonda) Kindell of Aurora; her grandchildren: Brandon (Jennifer), Allyne, Taylor and Joshua (Kayla); and great-grandchildren,
Allen, Lydia, and Kane.
Vada worked for Scotts Miracle Grow for seven years before becoming a homemaker. Later, she managed scheduling and billing for Captain Steamer Carpet Cleaning. She was also a babysitter for many wonderful families over the years. Vada was a member of Walnut Grove United Methodist Church, where she helped with vacation bible school and other church activities.
A grave-side funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, September 10, 2021 at Hale Cemetery, Mt. Victory, with Pastor Doug Flinn officiating.
Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m., Friday, September 10, 2021 at the SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.
