Obituary for Virginia McKee

Virginia McKee age 75 of Forest (Patterson), died at her residence on Jan. 19, 2022.  She was born to the late Pete and Mittie (Ball) Hoop. On May 25, 1964 she married Max McKee who preceded her in death on Feb. 8, 2003. Surviving are her sons Michael (Teresa) McKee, Forest and Kasey  (Leann) McKee, Bristolville, OH, a neighbor, best friend and care giver Tom Powell, Patterson, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, brothers Charles (Lenore) Hoop, Vanlue, Arthur (Shirley) Hoop, Loveland and a sister Carol (Richard) Schooner, North Baltimore. She is preceded in death by 4 brothers.

She was a 1964 graduate of Findlay High School.

Mrs. McKee was employed at Westinghouse/O.A. Smith, Upper Sandusky and had been a cook at the Tree Town Restaurant, Forest.

She enjoy garage sales.

A graveside services will be held on Mon. Jan. 24, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. in the Patterson Cemetery, Forest with Pastor Dennis Livingston officiating. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Mon. at Clark Shields Funeral Home.
