ODT Extends Customer Service Hours

With the April 15 income tax filing deadline near, the Ohio Department of Taxation is extending customer service hours for taxpayers with questions or needing help with Ohio or school district income taxes.

The customer service line – 1-800-282-1780 – will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. today, tomorrow and Monday April 15.

The customer service line will also be staffed from 9 a.m. to noon on April 13.

Unless the taxpayer has a valid federal income tax filing extension, all Ohio and school district income tax returns are due by the end of the day on Monday, April 15th.
