For the second year in a row, 100% of Ohio Northern University’s Nursing Program graduates passed the National Council Licensure Exam on their first attempt.
That surpassed both the national and state averages.
During the past five years, ONU’s pass rate has been 93.1%, consistently outpacing the state and national averages.
Kami Fox, nursing program director and professor in the School of Health, Life Sciences, and Education, said it’s a testament to the graduates, the nursing faculty, and the program.
She added that all 2024 graduates are gainfully employed.
Passing the exam is required to practice as a registered nurse.
