Personnel from the Ohio State Highway Patrol recently participated in Hero Day at the Ohio School for the Deaf.
The students learned what the troopers do to keep people safe.
They also played tug-of-war and freeze tag together.
Each child became an honorary community superhero with a badge and teddy bear to protect.
The Ohio School for the Deaf is located in Columbus.
