One Sentenced in Common Pleas

One person was sentenced this week in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Derek C. Thomas changed his plea and was found guilty on one count of assault and two counts of harassment with a bodily substance.

He was placed on five years community control with conditions.

Thomas must serve 93 days local incarceration.

He must also pay a total fine of 3500 dollars.

The case was heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
