If you’re travelling to Crawford County tonight, the Ohio State Patrol, in conjunction with the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, will be operating an OVI checkpoint.
They will be set up from 8 until 10 tonight on County Road 330, west of U.S. 30.
The oVI checkpoint is funded by federal grants and is planned to deter and intercept impaired drivers.
Nearby saturation patrols will also be conducted to aggressively combat alcohol related injury and fatal crashes.
If you plan to consume alcohol, designate a driver or make other travel arrangements before you drink.
