Phone Scam Targeting Findlay Residents

A phone scam is targeting residents of Findlay.

According to information from the Findlay Police Department, several residents have reported that they have received a call from someone claiming to be collecting donations for the police department.

That is false and is a scam.

Residents are being advised to not send money to the callers.
