Public Safety Day this Sunday in Forest

Public Safety Day will be held Sunday October 9 at the Village of Forest Market Square.

From 1 until 4 that afternoon you will have a chance to meet and greet local public, safety and health personnel.

They include from the Forest Police and Fire Departments, Jackson-Forest Emergency Medical Service, Hardin County Sheriff’s Office and Hardin County Dog Warden Facility.

There will also be an open house in one of the medical offices downtown, fire prevention information, fire rescue trailer and more.

There will also be a bicycle rodeo, refreshments, promotional giveaways and door prizes.
