Raising Cane’s Being Proposed for Findlay

Findlay could be a landing spot for Raising Cane’s.

WFIN Radio reported that a site plan has been submitted to the Findlay planning commission, and the topic is on the agenda for the commission’s May meeting.

If approved at the May 11 meeting, the restaurant plans to build in the parking lot in front of R.P. Home and Harvest on Tiffin Avenue in Findlay.

Raising Cane’s is an American fast-food chain specializing in chicken fingers.

It was founded in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by Todd Graves and Craig Silvey. 

The company is named after Graves’s dog, a yellow Labrador.
