The Arlington Red Devils broke open a tight game with a big fourth-quarter run and knocked off the Ada Bulldogs 62-44 in boys basketball action Tuesday.
After a competitive three quarters, the Red Devils (12-4) led 40-33 as the final stanza began. Arlington then rattled off the first 15 points of the fourth period to open up a commanding 50-33 edge.
Jaret Vermillion had 27 points, Bryce Gast scored 18 & Zavier Thornton added 11 for the winners.
Ada (6-9) got 12 points from Brandon Hull and 11 more from Phil Coulson.
