We are happy to have students back in the building and we are moving forward with the 2020-2021 school year. Students are adjusting well to the changes and we are very impressed with their positive attitudes. Our staff has their minds on safety and learning and I cannot thank them enough for their determination to make this a great year for our students. Thank you to all parents for their cooperation as we are working on ways to make all of the pieces fit together and make it all work.

Also, as of September 24th, Hardin County has moved to orange or Level 2 on the Ohio Public Advisory Level System. This means that we will still be able to continue with face to face instruction.

Ridgemont Local School District is accepting applications for Substitute Bus Drivers, Educational Aides, Office Assistants, and Maintenance throughout the year. Please go to our website and click on “Our District” and “Employment” to see the Classified Application and email to: sandy.overly@ridgemont.k12.oh.us

You can also go to the same links and see the Substitute Teacher Employment process through the Midwest Regional ESC. Email Sandy if you have any questions.

Substituting can lead to full time employment with the district in the future. We are in need of substitutes to keep our building running.

We will continue to communicate information to parents on social media and below are the links and sites to keep in touch. The link below will connect you to all of the information on our Restart-Reopen and updates on our website: https://www.ridgemont.k12.oh.us/Ridgemont20-21Restart-ReopenResources.aspx
