Ridgemont School Board Holds Special Board Meeting

The Ridgemont Board of Education held a Special Board Meeting Tuesday to approve a resolution to allow the Treasurer to refund a portion of bonds issued in August 2012.  

The resolution allows for potential savings to the district as the economy might allow.

The board also approved a second resolution to update board policy by approving a written post-issuance compliance policy in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and tax-preferred obligations by the school district.

The next regular board meeting will be held on March 26, 2020, at 5:00 pm in the conference room.
