Riverdale Set to Resume in Person Classes in Two Weeks

In person, every day classes at Riverdale are set to start on Tuesday October 20.

Superintendent Jeff Young recorded a video message on Monday to make the announcement.

He said that in order for that to be successful and continue on, they will need the help of parents. 

Young said, “First, we need for you to ensure that the daily home screening is being completed each day before school. You can find this resource under the COVID resources on the website. Number 2, if your child doesn’t feel well, please don’t send them to school. Again, this is important, if your child doesn’t feel well, please keep them home.”

The superintendent added that if you are able to take your child to and from school, please do so in order to cut down on the number of students on the buses.
