Rural Mt. Victory Man Sentenced in Logan County

A rural Mt. Victory man was sentenced this week in Logan County Common Pleas Court on two counts of burglary.

WPKO Radio reported that 38 year old John Holycross was placed on five years community control by retired Hardin County Common Pleas Court Judge David Faulkner, who was sitting by assignment.

Holycross pleaded guilty to the charges back in November of 2019.

Holycross also pleaded guilty to one count of burglary in Franklin County back in December and was placed on community control by a judge in Franklin County Common Pleas Court.
