Rushsylvania Man Charged with OVI Following Union County Crash

A Rushsylvania man was arrested after an accident in Union County Thursday night.

According to the Daily Media Release, deputies were dispatched to the 21,000 block of Davis Road for a crash involving a pickup truck that ended up off the road and struck a utility pole.

The driver, 42 year old Ray C. Stevenson, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence.

He was not injured.

Stevenson was transported to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
