Scam Reported in Union County This Week
A scam report was taken by deputies from the Union County Sheriff’s Office this past Tuesday.
According to the Daily Media Release, a deputy met with a resident from the 30,000 of State Route 31 to investigate the incident.
The scam ended up costing the resident $20,000 in WalMart gift cards.
The incident is under investigation.
