A sentencing date has been set for Dustin Clapsaddle.
The former Kenton school teacher was convicted on one count each of rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition, and kidnapping following a four-day jury trial in late June.
After an attempt to have the verdict overturned or a new trial granted was denied, the case was set for sentencing.
That will take place on Thursday, September 26.
The hearing will start at 2:30pm that afternoon in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
