Six People Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Six people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to the documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Kelly S. Bolin was sentenced to a minimum of 20.5 years and maximum of 24 years in prison on three counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of sexual battery.

He was classified as a Tier III Sexual Offender.

.Shayan Mabe was sentenced to a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 14 years in prison on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.

.Lucas W. Terry was sentenced to a total of 17 months in prison on one count each of attempted escape, resisting arrest and aggravated trespassing.

The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Emily M. Freshcorn on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of fentanyl-related compound and permitting drug abuse.

.Garrett E. Sheldon on two counts of felonious assault and one count of carrying a concealed weapon.

.Brett A. Summers Jr. on one count of possession of marijuana.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
