Six Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

There were six people sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.John A. Biederman was sentenced to a minimum of 3 and maximum of 4 and a half years in prison on one count of felonious assault. He was given credit for 106 days as time served.

The following five individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Angela J. Culp on one count of operating a vehicle under the influence. She must serve 60 days local incarceration.

.Harley D. Lute on one count of attempted felonious assault.

.Tabitha L. Whitaker on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, possession of fentanyl and possession of drugs, all with a with forfeiture of currency specifications.

.Tristan A. Mendenhall on one count each of disrupting public services, tampering with evidence, domestic violence and theft.

.Floyd S. Stevens on one count of possession of heroin.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
