Strong to Severe Storms Possible this Evening and into Overnight

Showers with a few storms are likely this afternoon, continuing through the night. 

According to the National Weather Service, a few strong to severe storms will be possible, with strong to damaging wind being the primary threat. 

Some locally heavy rainfall is also possible this evening, evolving into a more widespread moderate to sometimes heavy rain overnight.
