Summer Farmers Market 2024 in Ada Starts Soon

About our Farmers Market at Buckeye East Coffee Shop

-Located at 123 E Buckeye Ave Ada in the WEST parking lot.
-No pets in the vendor area
-No Smoking, vaping or use of tobacco or alcohol
-FREE for anyone to come shop
-9am-12pm each Saturday May 5th-Ocober 26th
**Excluding May 26th, July 6th, August 10th, and September 21st

VENDORS:

$100 for entire season: Every Saturday May-October
EXCEPT Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, F&M Picnic, and H&H Fest
May 25th, July 6th, August 10th, September 21st

Vendors must be pre approved:

-Vendors must offer proof of liability insurance and sign a contract that they understand and will follow any and all County Health Dept Regulations, State and Town restrictions. And understand that it is not our responsibility if they are shut down by an authority. Contracts will be passed out at the first market.
-$100 must be paid by April 28th
-Approved Vendors that have paid by the deadline will be able to come any and all Saturdays without notice. Come as you like
-Vendors will be allowed to take up a space the size of a 6 foot table
-Vendors will provide any tables or chairs they need
-Spaces will be first come first serve each Saturday and located in the West parking lot facing main street
-Set up will be 8am-9am. No one will be permitted in the parking lot earlier than 8am
-Farmers Market will run 9am-12pm Vendors are expected to stay until Noon.
-These are rain or shine events and will be come at your own risk

This form will be LIVE until April 21st.

Invoices will be sent April 22nd to the email provided on the application to those selected; invoices will be due April 28th. Your paid invoice confirms you for the season. We will only be approving a limited number of vendors so get your application in ASAP.

*you do not need to be an Ada resident to be approved.
