A suspect has been identified in the shooting that occurred two weeks ago in the 700 block of S Main Street in Findlay.
32 year old Richard L. Swartz Jr., of Findlay, was arrested and incarcerated on charges that were not related to the shooting.
The investigation, which is continuing, led investigators to link him to the shooting.
According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, the shooting took place near the intersection of South Main and Lima Streets July 18 as a result of a road rage incident.
Swartz was indicted by a Hancock County grand jury back on Tuesday on charges of Felonious Assault and Having weapons while under disability.
