Swimming Season Winding Down in Hardin County

Hardin County’s swimming pools are winding down the season.

The last day for the Kenton pool is this Friday the 13th.

The hours of operation this week are 1 until 7pm.

There will be a limited concessions menu for the last day of the season for the Kenton Pool this Friday the 13.

That is due to low inventory at the concessions stand.

Those going to the Kenton pool on Friday are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages.

Ada’s swimming will close for the season this Saturday the 14th.

They are open from 1 until 8pm each evening.

Both pools rely on high school and college employees who are getting ready to go back to school.

That creates a staffing shortage which prevents them from being open through Labor Day Weekend.
