Tank Truck Roll Over Accident Reported in Union County

A Milford City man escaped injury in a tanker truck rollover accident that occurred Monday morning in Union County.

According to the Union County Sheriff’s Office Daily Media Release, 24 year old Ryan T. Nicol lost control of the vehicle while driving in the 14,000 block of County Home Road.

The tanker truck ended up off the right side of the road and rolled onto its side coming to rest in a ditch.

Nicol has so far been cited for failure to wear a seat belt.
