Three Hardin County Agencies recently cooperated in an effort to benefit dogs and cats in the community.
As the result of a sizeable donation of dog and cat food from the West Ohio Food Bank, an entire pallet of cat food and several bags of dog food were shared with the Hardin County Humane Society for distribution through their Pet Food Pantry program; and 5 pallets of dog food will be used at the Hardin County Dog Pound.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, which is the managing agency for the Dog Warden and Pound, provided transport for the donated food.
