Three Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Three people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

 

.Seth A. Mcatee was sentenced to a total of 54 months in prison on one count each of money laundering, tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice and possession of heroin.

 

The following two individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

 

.Taylor N. Woodruff Barnett on one count of trafficking in heroin. She must serve 65 days local incarceration beginning September 1.

 

.Evan R. Steele on improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. He must serve 120 days local incarceration. He was given credit for 33 days for time served.

 

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
